Crawlspace Waterproofing

BDry® is recognized as a leader in the waterproofing industry because we invented most of the products we use.

Waterproofing is a broad term referring to a range of services that help keep water from creating problems in your lower level, whether it’s a basement, crawlspace or a basement/crawlspace combination. Waterproofing jobs will vary in scope, based on the size of the structure and the degree of the problem.

The most important benefits of having your crawlspace waterproofed are more useable space, increased home value and peace of mind. Collectively, these benefits lead to an increase in the value of your home. Our warranty is among the industry’s best to further protect the value of your home over time.

Our certified consultants can help you determine the best solution to protect any groundwater intrusion problems in your crawlspace.

We will send a professional BDry® representative to your home to help you diagnose your problem, all at no cost to you. Please contact your local BDry® office to schedule your in-home estimate.

CRAWLSPACE ENCAPSULATION SOLUTIONS

Encapsulation is only needed with a dirt floor crawlspace. The crawl space encapsulation process includes covering the dirt floor and foundation walls with a heavy vapor barrier. The installation of crawlspace encapsulation can usually be completed in one day for many homes. While providing you with a free quote, we can determine if a crawlspace encapsulation is the proper solution for your ground water intrusion problems.

FLOOR TO CEILING ENCAPSULATION

Vapor barrier is laid over the entire floor of the crawlspace. Foundation walls are insulated, crawlspace vents are covered, and the encapsulation tarp is spread out over the floor and attached to foundation walls.

FLOORS & WALLS ENCAPSULATION

Vapor barrier is laid over the entire floor of the crawlspace. Foundation walls are covered, crawlspace vents are covered, and the encapsulation vapor barrier is spread out over your floor and attached to foundation walls.

GROUND BARRIER COVERING

Vapor barrier is laid over the entire floor of the crawlspace.

DRAIN TILE INSTALLATION

If water is leaking into the crawlspace in large amounts, an interior drain tile system may be needed to redirect water away from the crawlspace and out of the foundation. This would involve installing a sump crock and pump inside the crawlspace to pump water out. This system can be installed in conjunction with a crawlspace encapsulation system.

DOES YOUR CRAWLSPACE HAVE A CONCRETE FLOOR?

If your crawlspace has a concrete floor, the BDry® Basement Waterproofing System is used, as the process is the same. Our experts will help determine the best crawlspace waterproofing solution for you during an in-home estimate.
