BDRY® WATERPROOFING PROFESSIONALS
Crawlspace Encapsulation
People have turned to BDry for more than 60 years to keep moisture out of their crawlspaces.
Moisture can build up under your home without your knowledge which can create mold, mildew and rot. Even further, this can affect the air you breathe in your home. Protect your crawlspace and, more importantly, your family by having BDry professionals check for issues and present a proven plan of action. Waterproofing your crawlspace can increase your home value and add usable storage space.

CRAWLSPACE ENCAPSULATION
To keep water out of dirt floor crawlspaces, encapsulation is required. To seal out moisture and vapors, we will install a vapor barrier. After, we’ll install an air ventilation unit that is appropriate for the space. This system will remove stale air, pollutants, radon and moisture which will improve air quality. The installations require little maintenance and work efficiently. The work usually takes only a day and results last for years.
FLOOR TO CEILING ENCAPSULATION
Our vapor barrier covers the entire crawlspace floor. The foundation walls are insulated and crawlspace vents are covered. Encapsulation tarp is then placed over the floor and attached to foundation walls.
FLOORS & WALLS ENCAPSULATION
The entire floor of the crawlspace has vapor barrier laid over. The foundation walls are insulated and crawlspace vents are covered. Encapsulation tarp is then placed over the floor and attached to foundation walls.
GROUND BARRIER COVERING
A vapor barrier covers the floor of the crawlspace.
DRAIN TILE INSTALLATION
To redirect water away from the crawlspace and out of the foundation, an interior drain tile system may be needed if water is leaking into the crawlspace in large amounts. To move water out, a Pit Boss Sump Crock and Pump is installed. This reliable system can be installed along with a crawlspace encapsulation system. Our waterproofing system is designed to stop the infiltration of groundwater into the treated space for the entirety of the life of the structure. Sump pumps or electric failure/outages are the only exceptions, as pumps are a mechanical device that depends on electricity and will need to be periodically replaced.
