Encapsulation helps keep water out of your dirt floor crawlspace. To seal out unwanted moisture and vapors, we will install our vapor barrier. Next, we’ll install an AprilAire ® Basement Dehumidifiers that is adequate for the space being treated. BDry Waterproofing of Zanesville removes basement or crawlspace water using PitBoss Sump Pumps2. They are designed for daily use and get any tough job done. Our kit features a complete primary and backup sump pump solution. Includes PitBoss 3/4 HP Stainless Steel primary pump, backup pump, system controller, float switches, two check valves, “Y” connector and battery case. Also available with a cast iron primary pump.
Flexi-Seal
We use a reinforced vapor and moisture barrier with an antimicrobial additive that is durable and tear resistant. It stops moisture penetration and seals out ground vapors.

FLOOR TO CEILING ENCAPSULATION
Our vapor barrier is used covering the entire floor. We cover crawlspace vents and insulate foundation walls then place the encapsulation tarp over the floor and attach it to foundation walls.
FLOORS & WALLS ENCAPSULATION
The entire floor of the crawlspace is covered with our vapor barrier. Foundation walls and crawlspace vents are covered, and the encapsulation vapor barrier is spread over the crawlspace floor and attached to foundation walls.
GROUND BARRIER COVERING

DRAIN TILE INSTALLATION
If water is leaking into crawlspace in larger amounts, the interior drain tile system may be useful. This system will redirect water away from the space below your home and out the foundation. To move the water out, a reliable and energy efficient Pit Boss Sump Crock and Pump is installed in conjunction with a crawlspace encapsulation system. The BDry Waterproofing System was created with the intention to stop infiltration of groundwater into the treated living space for the full life of the structure with the exception of sump pumps or electric failure/outages. Pumps are a mechanical device that needs replacing periodically and depend upon electricity.
